RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Carrots (Baby)OrangesWaterLemonBananaVanilla Extract

  • 3-4 organic baby carrots (or 1 medium carrot)
  • 1 medium-size orange
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 organic lemon slice (about the size of a poker chip)
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel orange and remove any seeds.  Place orange segments in your Vitamix or Blendtec.
  2. Slice your lemon in the middle (halfway between both ends) with the peel on.  Then slice a poker chip size off one half and put into your Vitamix or Blendtec.
  3. Peel your banana and place half into the blender along with the carrots.
  4. Add the water and vanilla extract and blend on high until completely smooth.  Add more water if too thick.  Serve immediately.  Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or frozen for up to two months.
