  1. 1 cup Purified water
  2. 2 cups Spinach
  3. 2 cups Peeled and diced cucumber
  4. 2 Celery stalks
  5. 1/2 tsp Grated ginger root
  6. 1 Bunch Parsley
  7. 2 Peeled, cored and diced apples
  8. 1  Lime
  9. 1/2 Lemon
  10. 1 cup Ice

Dr. Oz's Total Body Restart Green Juice

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender.
  2. Blendtec blender: Press the Whole Juice button, or let the blender run on a high speed for around 1 minute or until liquified.
  3. Vitamix blender: Turn the knob to Whole Juice and flip the on switch.  If you don’t have the automatic preset then start on speed 1/low, slowly turn the knob to speed 10, then flip it to high.  Let it run for around 1 minute.
  4. Pour evenly into two glasses.
