  1. 1 large or 2 medium beets
  2. 2 large carrots
  3. 1 large Apple
  4. A 1inch piece of fresh ginger
  5. 1/2 lemon zest
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
    1. 1. Process all ingredients through juicer.
    1. 2. Serve in frosty glass.

*This is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for up to three days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
