Jasmine Adele has been a Pilates instructor in the Orange County area for more than 7 years and has developed her own custom Pilates workout programs for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.  Jasmine is constantly discovering new and innovative techniques for Pilates which she now is sharing with you through our amazing 14 day Green Smoothie Pilates Challenge.  The challenge comes with 3 online videos featuring Jasmine Adele’s quick Pilates mat workouts for beginner, intermediate, and advanced Pilates levels + 14 green smoothie recipes and an E book with tips and tricks!

Jasmine Adele has been in the LA entertainment industry for many years as a dancer, model and actress. After sustaining a significant knee injury while performing as a young nationally competitive dancer she turned to Pilates. Not only did Pilates completely rehabilitate her knee unlike anything else, but it also set her up to be  fit, more bodily aware, and stronger than she could have ever imagined.

Currently Jasmine is a well known Pilates instructor in the Orange County area where she shares her knowledge by holding daily Pilates sessions with private clients.  Jasmine still continues to act and model, but her primary passion is Pilates and the Jasmine Adele Pilates Workouts are continuing to help people from beginner to advanced levels stay fit and balanced everyday.

Jasmine Adele joined up with Frank Musa and The Daily Vitamin Team to help ensure the Green Smoothie Pilates Challenge is a sound program and that we provide you with the best online instructional videos for doing Pilates at home safely.
