RECIPE INGREDIENTS

Carrot JuiceMango JuiceWaterSparkling Wine

  1. 1 cup very cold fresh organic carrot juice
  2. 1 cup very cold mango juice
  3. 2 Tablespoons filtered water (add more if needed)
  4. 1 bottle very cold sparkling wine

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel your carrots, if needed.  Place enough carrots through the juicer until you have one cup of carrot juice.  Set aside.
  2. Peel your mango and discard the skin and seed.  Place meat in the blender with the water and blend until very smooth.
  3. Pour your mango into a fine mesh metal strainer and let the juice drain into a bowl.  Set the mango pulp and fibers aside.
  4. Rinse your blender pitcher if there is any mango pulp and fiber left behind.  Pour the mango juice and carrot juice into the blender and blend on medium until fully mixed.
  5. Pour about 1/3 of the way into champagne flutes and top off with sparkling wine.
