  1. 1 Cup brewed and chilled Green Tea
  2. 1/2 Cup of pineapple, Chopped
  3. 3 Organic Celery Stalks
  4. 1 Granny Smith Apple, cored
  5. 1 large handful of Organic Kale
  6. 1 large handful of Organic Spinach
  7. 1 Organic Cucumber
  8. 1 bunch of Parsley
  9. 1 Bunch of Mint
  10. 1 Lemon, peeled
  11. 1 Cup of Ice
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients in your blender jar in the order listed
1. Blendtec blender: Press the Whole Juice button, or let the blender run on a high speed for around one minute or until liquified.
2. Vitamix blender: Turn the knob to Whole Juice and flip the on switch.  If you don’t have the automatic preset then start on speed 1/low, slowly turn the knob to speed 10, then flip it to high.  Let it run for around 1 minute.3. Pour into two tall, frosty glasses.

Celery

Celery is a plant variety in the family Apiaceae. Celery is a great food for weight management. It is high in water and very low in calories – only 6 calories per stalk! Celery also produces a lot of juice so is great for use in your Vitamix or Blendtec blender.
