    1. 1 cup low-fat (1%) chocolate soy milk
    • 1/2 cup frozen chocolate nondairy soy dessert
    • 12 frozen strawberries
    • 1/2 medium banana
    • 1/8 cup chocolate syrup
    Sprinkles (optional, but fun)

Note: To make the drink thicker add more ice, to make it thinner add more liquid.
