  1. 1 1/4 cups pine nuts
  2. 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  3. 1/2 teaspoon high quality sea salt
  4. 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  5. 1 very small clove garlic
  6. 1 Tablespoon minced white onion
  7. 2 Tablespoons filtered water
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Blend all ingredients together until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary.
Step 2: Place in an airtight container in the freezer for two hours to help set the coconut oil and achieve the right texture.
Step 3: After two hours, move to the refrigerator.  Will keep for about five days.
