  • 5 Very ripe bananas (with black spots), frozen
  • Optional: 5 Tablespoons cacao powder, 1 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, walnuts, vegan chocolate chips, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), vegan caramel sauce
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Peel the bananas. Break apart and freeze it until solid, about 8 hours.

Step 2: Put the bananas in the Blendtec or Vitamix and let it run on low to medium speed until the bananas fluff up and look creamy.

Step 3: Optional: For chocolate soft serve, add the cacao powder and vanilla extract, then mix again.

Step 4: Scoop it into a bowl, add any desired toppings and enjoy!  Can be frozen in an airtight container for up to two months.
