RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Coconut WaterMangoPineappleBananaKaleSpinachLimeChia Seeds

  1. 1 Cup of Coconut Water
  2. 1.5 Cups of Mango
  3. 1 Cup Pineapple
  4. 1 Banana
  5. 1 Cup Kale
  6. 1 Cup Spinach
  7. Lime Juice, squeeze
  8. Chia Seeds (Optional)
  9. 1 Cup of Ice
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Put all ingredients into your blender jar.
    2. High Powered Blender: Place the ingredients into the jar starting with liquids and softer fruits, then add your harder ingredients, seeds, and leafy greens on the top, add the Ice last.
      Blendtec Instructions: Press the Smoothie Button and let it run
      Vitamix Instructions: Turn the Knob to Smoothie and flip the start switch
      Omega BL 630 Instructions: Turn the left knob to run for 1 minute and turn the right knob to speed 9 and push the ON Button.

If you want to blend this recipe manually simply start the blend on a slower speed until all the ingredients are getting pulled into the blades, then increase to a high speed to finish off the blend with a nice smooth smoothie consistency for easier digestion.

    • Regular Blender Directions:
      Step 1: Chop your ingredients into little pieces
      Step 2: Blend your liquids and green vegetable first (Usually 30 Seconds)
      Step 3: Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender jar and blend for an additional minute or until smooth.
