  1. 1/2 cup almond butter
  2. 1 (8-ounce) box coconut milk
  3. 1/2 cup coconut nectar
  4. 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  5. 1/4 cup gluten-free tamari sauce
  6. 1 clove chopped garlic
  7. Red pepper flakes
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients into Vitamix or Blendtec and blend on high until the texture is smooth and loose.  Add about 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar if making a dressing.  Adjust flavors to taste. Can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to four days.
