- Add tomatoes, chick peas, garlic, broth, chili powder, and Mushroom Powder to your Blendtec blender or a Vitamix blender. Blend on a lower speed then increase to a higher speed until the mixture is a Puree.
- Transfer mix to a large pot and bring to the boil; lower the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Blendtec blender: Press the Whole Juice button, or let the blender run on a high speed for around 1 minute or until creamy.
