      1. 1/2 cup almonds and 1 cup water OR 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened and organic)
      2. 1 cup coconut water
      3. 1 Tablespoon flax meal OR 1 scoop Move
      4. 1 scoop Nourish (chocolate or vanilla flavors) OR optional 1 Tablespoon plant-based protein powder if you’re using it
      5. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
      6. 1 pinch sea salt
      7. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or powder
      8. 3 pitted dates
      9. 1 Tablespoon pecans
      10. Stevia to taste
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Prep all ingredients

Step 2: Place ingredients into the blender with liquids and powders first then the harder ingredients on the top such as seeds, nuts, hard vegetables and Ice. Soft to hard works best.
Blendtec Instructions:
Press the smoothie button or manually start on a slow speed and then increase to a higher speed for smoother consistency.

Vitamix Instructions
Turn the knob to the smoothie setting and let run! If manually blending then start on speed 1/Low and slowly increase to speed 10/High for smoother consistency.
