- Cut avocados in half. Remove the seed and scoop out into Vitamix or Blendtec. You can save the skins and serve the guacamole in them if you like!
- Add tomatoes and lime juice and blend with avocado for 15 seconds.
- Add all remaining ingredients into Vitamix, Blendtec or regular blender. Blend until smooth!
- Serve in a bowl or in the avocado skins, with tortilla chips or keep it raw by serving with veggie sticks.

The avocado is a tree classified in the flowering plant family Lauraceae. The fruit of the tree is very high in monounsaturated fat.
