- Put all ingredients into your blender jar.
- High Powered Blender: Place the ingredients into the jar starting with liquids and softer fruits, then add your harder ingredients, seeds, and leafy greens on the top, add the ICE last.
Blendtec Instructions: Press the Smoothie Button and let it run
Vitamix Instructions: Turn the Knob to Smoothie and flip the start switch
Omega BL 630 Instructions: Turn the left knob to run for 1 minute and turn the right knob to speed 9 and push the ON Button.
If you want to blend this recipe manually simply start the blend on a slower speed until all the ingredients are getting pulled into the blades, then increase to a high speed to finish off the blend with a nice smooth smoothie consistency for easier digestion.
