Nutrient Packed Red Green Smoothie Recipe
- 1 serving hemp
- 1 red beet
- 1 small apple, chopped
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup collard greens
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup water
- Regular Blender: Place ingredients into the jar and blend on low speeds until everything catches and is blending, then increase to higher speeds for smoother consistency.
- Vitamix: Place ingredients into your Vita Mix blender from soft to hard and turn the dial to smoothie, if blending manually start on speed 1 /low and slowly increase to speed 10/high for a smoothie consistency. Use the tamper if needed.
- Blendtec: Place ingredients into your Blendtec blender from soft to hard and press the smoothie button, if using manual settings then start on low and slowly increase to a higher speed for a nice consistency.
