  1. 3 medium avocados
  2. 3 large limes
  3. 1-2 Tablespoons of stevia (or more if you like)
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cut avocados in half, remove the meat and place in blender.
  2. Cut limes in half, squeeze and place the juice in the blender.
  3. Zest about one tablespoon of the lime peels and place into the blender.
  4. Add the stevia to the blender and blend all ingredients on high until smooth.  Adjust sweetener to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.  Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
