Detox Spiced Apple Lemonade
- Put all the ingredients (except for the sweetener) into your Vitamix, Blendtec, or high-speed blender.
- Blend for around 45 seconds or until your detox lemonade smoothie is nice and smooth.
- If using, stir in honey or stevia to sweeten your detox drink.NOTES: Adjust the water and ice to the consistency you like. Choose your sweetener based on your dietary needs: stevia is a plant-based calorie-free sweetener; honey has calories but offers other health benefits. For hotter days, you can add a lot more ice and stevia for a refreshing slushy-type smoothie.
