Properly place the ingredients will make it easier for the blender to suck down and blend everything. If you have a newer Vitamix-blender then use the automatic smoothie setting! If you have an older Vitamix or want to blend manually then start on speed 1/low and slowly increase to speed 10/high. Use the Tamper if needed. Blend until smooth.
