RECIPE INGREDIENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS

BLENDER RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups (500 mL) organic pitted cherries
  • 1 cup (250 mL) organic raspberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 mL) coconut nectar
  • 1 very ripe banana

BLENDER RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

2.  Pour the filling into popsicle molds. Freeze for 30 minutes, then insert popsicle stick and continue freezing overnight (or at least 3 hours).
