How to make Soy Milk in a blender
You will need a high powered blender to make your soy milk, otherwise, a soy milk machine will also work. The reason is that the soy bean needs to reach a temperature of 165 degrees in order to be cooked well enough to be safe to drink. You have to literally cook the soy bean, which can only be done with the power a high powered blender, (Blendtec, Vitamix, Nutribullet Rx, etc… ), and with a high powered blender it only takes a few minutes to make Soy Milk where a soy milk machine can take 20 minutes, plus you have to soak the beans overnight so the beans break apart easier.
To make the Soy milk add around 1 ounce of soy beans into the blender container to every 1 cup of water (1 to 1 ratio). Then you’ll need to let the blender run on it’s highest speed for 4 to 6 minutes depending on how fast it can heat up. Some high powered blenders heat up soy milk faster than others, we did the research and found out that the Nutribullet Rx, the Blendtec, and the Vitamix all are able to heat up the temperature of the Soy bean from room temperature (60 to 70 degrees), to around 160 to 170 degrees in 6 minutes.

Drinking homemade blender soy milks can have great health benefits for you especially if you are are trying to lose weight or have heart problems or high cholesterol. It’s a great alternative to cows milk but we recommend to drink it in moderation and to also add additional healthy sweeteners such as superfood powders or bananas to give it more nutrients than just plain soy beans. You can make your milk be SUPER MILK just by adding in a few bananas, some RAW Cacao powder, and some lucuma sweetener.
